Content Marketer
Content Marketing Manager at Primer

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborate closely with the Content Marketing Lead to:
- Co-own the content calendar, ensuring the right content is published on time and to a consistently high standard.
- Research, write, and publish across formats, including blogs, guides, case studies, newsletters, social content, and campaign assets.
- Find compelling angles that simplify complex topics and make them engaging.
Demand Generation & distribution
- Develop go-to-market plans for Primer’s content, working with Demand Generation to:
- Launch, distribute, repurpose, and promote across LinkedIn, email, social media, and other channels.
- Grow engaged audiences and drive commercial impact.
- Leverage performance data, audience insights, and experimentation to iterate on content, distribution strategies, and success metrics.
AI and automation
- Continuously improve content quality, speed, and scale using AI tools and automation.
👀 What We’d Love to See in You
Essential
- 5+ years’ experience in content marketing, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B or B2C technology company.
- Strong editorial judgement—ability to simplify complex subjects in an engaging way.
- Execution-focused; comfortable taking an idea from brief to publication with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of how content builds audiences, generates demand, and drives revenue growth.
- Ability to use performance analytics, audience insights, and experimentation to optimise strategies.
- Curious about AI and eager to adopt new tools to enhance content creation, distribution, and performance.
