- Legionella control
- Health and safety
- Ductwork and ventilation cleaning
- Clean and wastewater testing
The company is supported by specialist teams, including:
- Chartered scientists, consultants, and engineers – helping clients control Legionella bacteria and prevent Legionnaires’ disease
- Air Quality Experts – maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable environments for building users
- Environmental Experts – minimising the environmental impact of commercial activities
- Testing and Analysis Experts – sampling and analysis services to monitor microbiological, chemical, physical, and organoleptic parameters, ensuring compliance and high standards in building performance.
The Role
The Content Marketing & Events Executive is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging marketing content across digital channels, including:
- Website
- Social media
This position aligns content with brand and business objectives while supporting:
- Marketing campaign coordination
- Lead generation
- Translation of technical information into clear, accessible content (collaborating with subject matter experts)

Additionally, the role involves:
- Planning and delivering events, such as seminars, webinars, conferences, and client workshops
- Overseeing event logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up
- Updating marketing materials
- Managing content calendars
- Tracking campaign performance
The executive works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and a strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage content marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media
- Develop engaging content on complex technical and scientific topics for diverse audiences
- Coordinate event planning and execution, including on-site and virtual engagements
- Support lead generation strategies in line with organisational goals
- Maintain accuracy, brand consistency, and content quality
- Utilise CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and presentation software
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, technical experts) to refine messaging
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong content marketing and digital marketing experience, including campaign management across:
- Web
- Social media
- Proficiency in content writing, copywriting, and editing, with the ability to simplify technical and scientific language for non-expert audiences
- Experience in event planning and coordination, including logistics, promotion, and attendee follow-up
- Basic design and marketing tools expertise (e.g., CMS platforms, email marketing software, social media management tools, presentation software)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, balanced by the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and consistency
- Passion or experience in environmental services, building safety, or technical industries, with an advantage if B2B marketing experience exists

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
