AsiaVerify is a leading RegTech company providing real-time business verification, KYB, UBO and AML data across APAC. We help global organisations verify, onboard and monitor businesses with trusted data sourced directly from official registries and government sources across Asia.
About The Role
We are looking for a Content Marketing Executive to support AsiaVerify's content, social media and brand visibility programmes.
This role will be responsible for:
- Creating and publishing content across our website, blog, email and social channels
- Managing our LinkedIn presence
- Coordinating industry awards submissions
- Supporting broader marketing initiatives
The ideal candidate is a strong writer who combines creativity with attention to detail, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is comfortable turning complex compliance, risk and data topics into engaging, commercially relevant content.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Research, write and edit blog articles, website content, landing pages and campaign assets
- Create email copy for nurture campaigns, product launches and customer communications
- Repurpose existing content into social posts, infographics, sales assets and other formats
- Interview internal subject matter experts and transform insights into compelling content
- Maintain and manage the marketing content calendar
- Ensure all content aligns with AsiaVerify's brand, messaging and tone of voice
Social Media Management
- Own and manage AsiaVerify's social media channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn
- Plan, create, schedule and publish social media content
- Develop executive thought leadership content for senior leadership
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to grow audience engagement and reach
- Coordinate with internal and external designers on creative assets

SEO Support
- Conduct keyword research to support content planning
- Optimise blog and website content for search engines
- Support content audits and content refresh initiatives
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Awards & Industry Recognition
- Manage the company awards calendar
- Research and identify relevant awards, rankings and recognition opportunities
- Coordinate award submissions with internal stakeholders
- Maintain supporting materials, customer stories and evidence required for submissions
Marketing Support
- Support product launches and marketing campaigns with content and communications
- Assist with webinars, events and partner marketing initiatives
- Maintain marketing assets and content repositories
- Provide general marketing support across priority business initiatives as required
Essential
Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years' experience in a content marketing, digital marketing or communications role
- Excellent written English and copywriting skills
- Experience creating content for blogs, websites, email campaigns and social media
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimisation
- Experience managing social media channels, particularly LinkedIn
- Experience with HubSpot, WordPress or similar marketing platforms
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience within B2B, including KYB, RegTech or Compliance sectors

- Experience managing award submissions or industry recognition programmes
- Basic design capability using Canva or similar tools
- Experience using AI tools to support content production and research
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and content performance reporting
