Join the B2B marketing agency transforming brands in traditional industries.
We're Infuse Marketing, a specialist B2B marketing agency, working predominantly within the ever-evolving fire safety and security sector, as well as neighbouring sectors including construction, engineering and manufacturing.
We become an extension of our clients' businesses, acting as their outsourced marketing department and helping them grow through brand building, engaging content and creative campaigns.
Working with global manufacturers, fire and security installers, distributors, trade associations and a wide range of other B2B organisations, every day brings something new. One day you could be helping shape a client's brand positioning and messaging for a strategic rebrand, the next interviewing an engineer to uncover the story behind a project, before writing product messaging for a global product launch. Whatever you're working on, you'll play a key role in helping our clients tell their stories, strengthen their brands and stand out in their industries.
Thanks to continued organic growth and industry recommendations, our client base is expanding, and we're looking for a Content Marketing Executive to join our small, ambitious team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves creating engaging content, understands what captures an audience's attention, and enjoys bringing brands to life. You'll have the chance to take ownership of exciting projects, build lasting relationships with clients, and make a genuine impact from day one, all while developing your career in a relaxed, friendly, fast-growing agency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
