About C&O
C&O Group is a leading supplier of agricultural and construction machinery in the south of England, with a network of depots representing trusted brands including Massey Ferguson, SANY, Ifor Williams, Isuzu, Kverneland, Can-Am, Shelbourne Reynolds, Honda, and Stihl.
We are here to keep you moving — and that is true for our customers and our team alike. From the farmer relying on us at harvest to the contractor who needs the right kit to hit a deadline, we are proud to support the people who shape the world around us.
Our values
- Approachable – Easy to deal with, friendly, human
- Integrity – Honest advice and long-term thinking
- Knowledgeable – Deep industry and product expertise
- Dependable – Customers can rely on us to deliver
Someone who shares these values and can bring them to life through engaging, high-quality content will be well suited.
The role
We are looking for a Content Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and help tell the stories behind our business, our brands, and our customers.
This is a hands-on content role focused on creating compelling written, visual, and video content that engages audiences across social media, email, websites, and print. You will spend time learning about our products and industry, visiting depots, speaking with colleagues and customers, and turning those insights into content that builds awareness, trust, and engagement.
This is not a desk-bound marketing role! One day you could be filming a combine harvester demonstration, the next interviewing a customer, attending an event, or creating content from one of our depots.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
