The Opportunity

We’re seeking a highly skilled Content Manager & Corporate Traveller Brand Hub Leader—a dual-function role that blends hands-on content excellence with global content stewardship.

In this role, you will:

  • Shape Corporate Traveller’s content strategy across UK and South African markets
  • Develop narratives that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial growth
  • Apply strategic thinking, digital fluency, and craft to elevate brand authority, customer experience, and marketing performance

Additionally, you will act as the brand hub leader for the global Corporate Traveller Content Team, overseeing:

  • Brand alignment across campaigns, messaging, and localisation
  • Collaboration with regional marketing teams to enhance global consistency, quality, and coherence
  • Serving as the central connection point between content teams, regional marketers, and external partners

This role is critical for regional growth, combining content leadership with high-performance content delivery across key markets while driving excellence for the global content team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead content strategy, planning, and optimisation across:
    • Digital (web, social) and offline (email, video, paid media, sales enablement)
    • In partnership with Brand teams

    • C-suite executives

  • Champion craft and writing quality –

    • Curate, refine, and produce engaging, high-impact content that informs, inspires, and converts
  • Optimise content for SEO and AI-driven search using strong SEO & Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) expertise

  • Create high-impact content for:

    • Blog posts, web copy, social media, newsletters, and paid media channels
  • Manage freelance support and content scaling effectively

  • Leverage analytics to measure performance and improve engagement & ROI

  • Integrate Gen-AI workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency

  • Collaborate globally with FCTG’s content teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC –

    • Work with all markets and strengthen alignment across Flight Centre Travel Group’s corporate brands

  • Experience in industry agency environments is beneficial
  • Ability to handle large volumes of content and multi-channel projects efficiently

What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B content marketing, ideally in travel, technology, or professional services
  • Deep expertise in content strategy, digital storytelling, and writing excellence
  • Strong understanding of UK and South African markets and B2B audience behaviours
  • Thrives in cross-functional, high-performance teams
  • Familiarity and willingness to integrate Gen-AI tools into workflows
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
