About Corporate Traveller

Corporate Traveller is a brand within Flight Centre Travel Group’s global corporate division. Flight Centre Travel Group is one of the world’s largest travel companies. We specialise in managed travel for small to mid-sized businesses, helping them take control of their travel spend through smart technology and dedicated personal service. It’s a fast-moving, commercially driven industry where content plays a real role in building trust, driving awareness, and converting prospects into long-term clients. If you want your work to matter — and to see it connect to real business outcomes — corporate travel is a rewarding place to be.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Content Manager & Brand Hub Leader to lead how B2B content is planned, created, and delivered across Corporate Traveller’s global markets. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment — who brings energy, commercial instinct, and a genuine passion for content that drives real business impact.

This is a content leadership and delivery role. You will own the content strategy, lead a small team of experienced content practitioners, and stay hands-on with EMEA content — while ensuring strong, consistent content output across all markets.

You will manage two established Content Managers based in Canada/US and Australia/NZ, both of whom bring strong editorial and execution capability. Your role is to give them clear strategic direction, useful frameworks, and the support they need to do their best work.

As Brand Hub Leader, you will be the central point of alignment for how the Corporate Traveller brand shows up across content globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the B2B content strategy, aligning brand, audience needs, and commercial priorities across markets.
  • Own and deliver EMEA content directly — producing high-quality B2B content across web, social, email, thought leadership, and sales enablement.
  • Lead a small team of experienced Content Managers in Canada/US and Australia/NZ, providing strategic direction, clear expectations, and collaborative support.
  • Act as the global brand content hub — owning tone of voice, messaging frameworks, editorial standards, and brand consistency across all markets, channels, and content output.
  • Ensure content effectiveness across the full funnel — from awareness through to conversion — across key channels including web, social, email, and sales enablement.
  • Set direction and establish standards for content discoverability and optimisation, including SEO, AEO, and LLM-driven search — working in collaboration with our SEO/AEO team.
  • Manage and brief freelancers, content platforms, and agency partners to support content production and delivery at scale.
  • Champion AI as a core part of content workflows — leading the usage of tools including Jasper.ai to improve content creation, production efficiency, and quality across the team.
  • Establish clear content planning and prioritisation processes that help the team work efficiently and consistently across markets.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape content direction, manage priorities, and navigate competing demands.
  • Use performance data, insight, and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine content approaches and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate across a global content team spanning AMER, EMEA, and APAC, supporting alignment and shared learning.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
