As we continue to grow across the UK and internationally, we’re looking for a creative, ambitious and enthusiastic Content Marketing Manager to join our London team.

This is much more than a social media role. You’ll help shape how people experience our brand across digital and physical touchpoints from Instagram and TikTok to our website, retail stores and campaigns.

We’re at an incredibly exciting stage of our journey. Over the coming months we’ll be refreshing our social media presence, redesigning our website and developing new creative campaigns. This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of that journey, helping define the visual direction of the brand and bringing fresh ideas to life.

We are also happy to hear from recent graduates who have a strong portfolio, great creative instincts and a genuine passion for branding and content creation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Creating and managing content across Instagram and TikTok.
  • Designing beautiful visual assets for social media our website and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Producing and editing engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok and Stories).
  • Planning and assisting with content shoots.
  • Helping maintain and evolve Chococo’s premium visual identity.
  • Supporting website content and creative assets.
  • Working alongside our marketing and leadership team on campaigns, product launches and seasonal collections.
  • Keeping up with digital trends while ensuring our brand remains authentic and distinctive.

We’d love to hear from you if you…

  • Have a great eye for design, photography and visual storytelling.
  • Enjoy creating content that feels beautiful, authentic and engaging.
  • Are confident using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
  • Understand Instagram, TikTok and modern content creation.
  • Are proactive, organised and excited to learn.
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.

Experience is welcome, but creativity, attitude and curiosity matter just as much.
