Content Marketing Manager

If you're a content marketing professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, this is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded international law firm at an exciting stage of growth. Working at the intersection of marketing, business development and subject matter expertise, you'll take ownership of high-profile content initiatives that directly support reputation, client engagement and commercial growth.

This is a genuinely broad role, offering the chance to shape thought leadership marketing campaigns, partner with senior stakeholders across the business and lead a small content team. Line management experience is essential, as you'll be responsible for developing and mentoring team members while ensuring projects are delivered to a consistently high standard.

The Role

Reporting into the senior marketing leadership team, you'll oversee the delivery of a wide range of content and profile-raising initiatives, from thought leadership campaigns and client-facing articles through to award submissions, directory content and strategic marketing projects. You'll be responsible for managing workflow, prioritising activity, allocating resources and ensuring deadlines are met across multiple concurrent projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
