Content Marketing & Operations Executive
SBW Group Ltd – Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £31,200 per year (£15 per hour)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Job type: Full-time, permanent

Work arrangement: Primarily office-based, with occasional customer site visits

About SBW Group
SBW Group specialises in supplying and installing high-quality uPVC and aluminium windows and doors for residential and commercial customers. We are looking for a creative, organised and dependable person to support our marketing activities while assisting with customer enquiries and general office administration.
About the role
This is a varied, hands-on role combining content creation, digital marketing, customer communication and administrative support. Most of your time will be spent working from our Hemel Hempstead office. You will occasionally visit customer installations to photograph and film ongoing or completed projects. Your responsibilities will vary according to current campaigns, installations, customer enquiries and business priorities.
Key responsibilities
Marketing and content
- Create, edit and publish photo and video content.
- Manage content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Photograph and film installations, products and completed projects.
- Create reels, short videos, graphics, posters and promotional materials.
- Plan and schedule social media content.
- Update the WordPress website and project portfolio.
- Support Meta Ads, Google Ads and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor basic content and advertising performance.
- Organise digital photos, videos and marketing materials.
- Use AI tools where they improve efficiency or content quality.

Customer enquiries and administration
- Respond to enquiries by telephone, email, website and social media.
- Ask customers basic questions about their requirements, including product type, colour, glass, location and approximate measurements.
- Record customer information and forward qualified enquiries to the sales team.
- Update the customer database and Google Calendar.
- Order approved office, marketing and site supplies.
- Register and send customer warranty certificates.
- Scan, file and organise company documents.
- Assist with occasional insurance renewals, vehicle documentation and basic reconciliation preparation.
- Support other reasonable office and operational tasks when required.
What we are looking for
- Experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing.
- Good photography and video-editing skills.
- Experience with Canva and editing software such as CapCut, Filmora, Premiere Pro or similar.
- Basic WordPress experience.
- An understanding of social media advertising and Google Ads.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Confidence communicating with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage changing priorities and work independently.
- A practical, flexible and responsible attitude.

Experience in construction, property, interiors, home improvement, windows or doors would be beneficial but is not essential.
A full UK driving licence would be helpful for occasional site visits.
