Overview

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to own and run our end-to-end content engine. From planning through to delivery, performance, and optimisation.

You’ll lead our Industries & Services marketing system, delivering high-quality B2B content including thought leadership, case studies, and campaign content aligned to commercial priorities.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who is highly organised, able to quickly understand and work with complex ideas and information, and an exceptional writer. You’ll work across multiple stakeholders, industries, and workstreams maintaining momentum and ensuring everything connects and delivers.

  • Own the end-to-end content pipeline across thought leadership, case studies, and campaigns
  • Manage a structured content calendar aligned to business priorities
  • Work with subject matter experts to extract, structure, and refine content into market-ready output
  • Maintain editorial standards, tone of voice, and messaging consistency
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and commercially relevant marketing content
  • Own the publishing process, including uploading and managing content on the website
  • Brief and collaborate with designers to develop supporting creative assets aligned to content
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content development while maintaining quality

Performance & optimisation

  • Track content and campaign performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve output and effectiveness
  • Optimise messaging, channels, and content based on insight

Content alignment across the business

  • Bring structure to how content is developed, shared, and reused
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and avoid duplication
  • Identify opportunities to amplify content across the organisation

Stakeholder management

  • Work closely with Partners and subject matter experts to extract insight
  • Manage competing priorities and maintain delivery momentum
  • Bring clarity and structure to a complex environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional writing and editorial ability
  • Strong command of written English, with precision and authority
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Execution-focused, with a strong bias toward delivery
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • Familiar with using AI tools to enhance content and efficiency

Experience

  • 3+ years in content, marketing, or a related role
  • Experience in B2B marketing, consulting, or professional services
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end content or campaign delivery
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Track record of delivering high-quality output consistently and at pace
