As our brand continues to expand, we're looking for a creative and driven Content Marketing & Video Editing Intern to help bring our story to life through engaging digital content.
About the Role
This internship offers hands-on experience across both content creation and digital marketing, making it ideal for someone looking to build a career in creative marketing, branding, or media.
You'll work alongside our founders and marketing team to create high-quality content that supports brand awareness, audience growth, and community engagement. From editing short-form videos to contributing to marketing campaigns and content strategy, you'll gain exposure to every stage of the content lifecycle.
This is a practical opportunity to build a professional portfolio while developing skills used by modern, high-growth businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and edit engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Transform podcasts, interviews, events, and raw footage into compelling, platform-optimised content.
- Create captions, motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual assets that maximise engagement.
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Write social media captions, promotional copy, and content that aligns with our brand voice.
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging content opportunities.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and audience growth.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams to strengthen brand visibility.
- Explore and integrate AI-powered creative tools such as Sora, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and OpenAI into content production.

About You
We're looking for someone who is creative, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience editing videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software.
- A strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual quality.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute new ideas.

Internship Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Commitment: 15–20 hours per week
- Location: Remote, with optional in-person collaboration in London
- Working Pattern: Flexible hours with one weekly team meeting

This is a voluntary unpaid internship focused on learning, mentorship, and professional development. It has been designed to provide meaningful, real-world experience while enabling participants to develop practical skills, expand their portfolio, and gain insight into content marketing within a growing startup environment.
