Content Operations Manager (DE) - CapCut
Responsibilities
Team Introduction:
CapCut is an all-in-one video editing app that empowers creators to express themselves and transform videos into creative masterpieces. In addition to its basic features, such as video editing, text, stickers, filters, colors and music, CapCut offers free advanced features, including keyframe animation, smooth slow-motion effects, chroma key, Picture-in-Picture (PIP), and stabilization to help you capture and snip moments.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for content operation in Germany, developing content strategies according to different topics.
- Track and analyze the content trends within the platform and adjust the content production strategy in a timely manner.
- Participate in creator operations to provide content insights, understand creators' pain points, collaborate with product teams and operations to improve creator retention and creator level.
- Support promoting new product capabilities, communicating and coordinating across teams, and ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluency in German is required as the role requires communication with German markets & stakeholders, as well as fluency in English as it is the working language.
- More than 2 years of content operation experience in Germany, with good data analysis ability.
- Familiar with template design and video editing, good awareness of video editing trends, good knowledge of AI video making and editing (e.g. CapCut, Kling, Higgsfield, etc.) is preferred.
- Familiar with social media platforms, familiar with trend operation methodologies and tools, and know how to capture the trend and further promote it.
