About the Team
The UK Content Operations team works with leading creators, broadcasters, and digital publishers across the country to drive content growth and scale on TikTok.
Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a positive, self-motivated, and highly organised Content Operations Specialist to support initiatives that help creators and publishers grow and improve content quality on TikTok. This role will contribute to the rollout of high-impact growth programmes, helping partners optimise performance, expand their presence, and increase the volume of high-quality content on the platform.
Top-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles at the end of the internship, depending on performance and business needs.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
Support priority projects across multiple verticals, ensuring alignment on timelines, priorities, and campaign details Conduct detailed analysis of creator content based on key growth criteria Assist with the execution of in-app programming Monitor campaign progress, provide timely updates, and flag any gaps or delays Identify relevant trends and activation opportunities to support creator and publisher engagement

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, in Communications, Media, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field Available for a full-time internship of at least six months Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and maintain accurate documentation Detail-oriented with a structured approach, ensuring high accuracy in campaign tracking and programming inputs Strong written communication skills for content planning and cross-team coordination
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interest in content, digital marketing, and platform ecosystems, with a good understanding of trends, creators and engagement drivers Proactive and reliable, with the ability to take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment Clear communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders Curious and eager to learn, particularly in areas such as campaign operations, content programming, and process optimisation
