👨💻 About the Role
We’re hiring a Content Performance Manager to own the performance layer of our creative output.
This is a high-accountability role. You will be responsible for translating performance data into creative direction, defining testing roadmaps, setting kill and scale criteria, and raising the standard of performance-driven content across paid channels.
You will act as the bridge between creative production and commercial performance. Your decisions will directly influence CPA, conversion rates, and revenue efficiency.
This role is designed to take ownership of day-to-day performance content decisions, enabling senior leadership to focus on long-term strategy.
You will work directly with the Content Strategy Lead and manage an international team of editors. For the right person, this role provides a clear pathway into senior leadership across content performance or growth.
👋 About You
You are a commercially-minded, performance-driven content leader who understands winning ads. With a gritty, decisive and performance-driven attitude, you would be comfortable with owning outcomes and hit the ground running to keep raising the bar for yourself and for Mous.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
