What you’ll do

  • Work with a team of designers and content writers to build interactive educational content, including educational games and other VR experiences
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate new ideas, maintaining a development slate of ideas and prototypes ready for production
  • Create storyboards, pitch decks, style guides and other creative documentation, and solve creative and technical challenges collaboratively with in-house teams
  • Oversee the end-to-end production pipeline, ensuring alignment and execution across design, 3D art, animation, engineering, Product and QA
  • Manage documentation, asset specifications, style guides and revision controls, and plan production schedules across multiple projects
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery deadlines and budgets are met
  • Work closely with educators and subject matter experts to ensure instructional integrity and factual accuracy across all content
  • Conduct internal playtests, evaluate user feedback and guide qualitative and data-driven iteration
  • Ensure all content meets company guidelines, quality standards and learning objectives
  • Develop and deliver workshops and training sessions, staying on top of industry trends to inform design
  • Communicate project progress and outcomes clearly to stakeholders across the business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
