Company Description

Full Steam Espresso is home to two of the UK's leading specialty coffee brands: Volcano Coffee Works and Assembly Coffee. While each brand has its own distinct identity, positioning and audience, they share the same commitment to exceptional coffee, responsible sourcing, and helping our customers succeed.

Role Overview

The Content Producer is a mid-level position responsible for producing high-quality photography, video, and edited assets across both Volcano Coffee Works and Assembly Coffee brands. This role ensures consistent brand guidelines adherence, efficient asset application through design templates and systems, and increased content frequency across ecommerce, wholesale partnerships, and event activations. The Content Producer reports to the Volcano Senior Brand Manager and works directly with Trade Marketing, Sales, and E-commerce teams to deliver finished, publication-ready assets.

Working across both brands gives our team the opportunity to create content for a wide variety of audiences from product launches and ecommerce campaigns to industry events, hospitality partnerships, educational content, and brand storytelling. Whether supporting Volcano's broad community or Assembly's leadership within specialty coffee, every piece of work is driven by creativity, craftsmanship, and commercial impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
