Founder Content Producer
Manager-level | £40,000 | Full Time | London
About the role
A dedicated position supporting Grace Andrews, creator and brand builder, across her personal brand and partnerships. This is Grace's first full time hire - a real seat on the founding team, and a chance to set the standard for what personal brand content looks like for a scaling founder.
You'll work closely alongside Grace, producing and managing her content across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. You'll be across the calendar of events and tent-pole moments, crafting narratives and stories to communicate them across socials. You'll work across all brand partnerships to build genuinely valuable, exciting and meaningful partnership content cross platform.
You'll always be in the room with Grace - meetings, events, UK and abroad. Your job is to be thinking constantly: how do we turn this into content? How does this become a series that travels cross-channel, breaks the mould, and sets a new bar for what founder content can be?

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You live and breathe social media - you're never satisfied with just executing a brief, you're always pushing past it toward something extraordinary.
The pipeline for the next year and beyond is genuinely exciting, and Grace needs to start growing the team now to be ready for what's coming. This is a rare chance to build something from the ground up and shape it as you go.
No two days will look the same. Some weeks it's back-to-back shoots, others it's building a system from scratch or editing from an airport, others it's on the road with Grace for an event or brand moment.
What we need from you
- You're social media native — you live on these platforms, not just work on them
- No idea is too big — if it hasn't been done before, even better
- You have high agency — you spot the content before anyone asks you to, and push ideas further than the brief asks for
- You challenge the brief, always chasing extraordinary over expected
- You love variety — different environments, on the go, no fixed routine
- You can run independently between check-ins — high trust, not hand-holding
- You genuinely enjoy the work, and stay eager to learn and raise your own bar as the role grows
- You bring real energy, real taste, and an instinct for what breaks through
