Content Producer (Social)

Social Content Producer

Award-winning performance marketing and creative agency | Central London

An ambitious role for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments, producing end-to-end social-first content, paid ad creative, creator content, and branded shoots for global brands across digital and consumer sectors.

Key Details

  • Salary: £45k–£52k + discretionary bonus
  • Working Pattern: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Core Responsibilities

Managing everything from brief to delivery:

  • End-to-end production management across all social-first platforms
  • Pre-production leadership:
    • Casting, scheduling, location scouting, logistics
    • Crew coordination for shoot days (studio/live location)
  • On-set operations with confidence and efficiency
  • Post-production supervision:
    • Overseeing edits, motion design, and post workflows
    • Quality control for UGC and creator deliverables
  • Budget & timeline management, including external supplier coordination
  • Operational process improvement as the agency scales

About the Role

This position sits at the heart of a high-performance agency serving tech, ecommerce, gaming, and consumer brands. Ideal for specialists who can seamlessly lead first-party content while recognizing the importance of creator/EIG engagement.


Required Experience

  • 4–6 years in agency production (social/advertising/creative)
  • Social-first content expertise:
    • Short-form video platform guidelines (vertical, timing, trend alignment)
    • Paid social ad formats and performance automation
  • Full shoot responsibility (pre-/post-production)
  • Fast-paced team dynamics: Comfortable handling multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Budget acumen for creative origination and supplier engagement
  • Deep network of freelance production talent (editors, animators, casting directors)
  • Stakeholder management for creative, client, and team direction

Desirable Skills

  • Specialisms picked up in-house:
    • Motion graphics/video storytelling for paid performance ads
    • Creator contract negotiation and copyright alignment
