Description

If you're the kind of person who spots a trend before everyone else, loves turning ideas into content people actually want to watch and gets a buzz from creating for some of the world's most recognised brands, this could be your next move.

We're looking for a creative Content Producer. You'll help bring the Virgin brand to life across our social channels, producing brilliant content from initial idea through to final edit, while working with teams across the business to create work that feels fresh, relevant and unmistakably Virgin.

What you’ll be getting stuck into

  • Produce engaging social-first content from concept through to filming, editing and delivery across Virgin channels.
  • Bring ideas to the table by spotting emerging trends, cultural moments and platform behaviours before they hit the mainstream.
  • Create compelling short-form video and social content that feels native to each platform and captures attention.
  • Work closely with brand, marketing, PR and social teams to plan, produce and deliver standout campaigns.
  • Manage multiple content projects at once, balancing creativity with organisation and keeping productions moving smoothly.
  • Use performance insights to continuously refine content, testing new formats, creators and creative approaches that help Virgin stand out.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
