Description ABOUT CLIENT Our client is a leading B2B fintech brand, whose financial infrastructure platform is leveraged by Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups.
We're looking for an organized, collaborative Product Marketing Manager focused on Content to own the regional content engine for the [Japan / Greater China / EMEA] market. You'll drive the local editorial strategy, develop data-backed content, and craft original and adapted assets that engage, inform, and resonate with local audiences across topics including fintech, B2B technology, AI, cross-border commerce, and digital payments.
A strong PMM foundation and systems thinking are critical to building a scalable content ecosystem tailored to regional needs. You’ll reduce reliance on reactive PMM support by driving efficiency, quality, and consistency, while translating complex technical concepts into clear, culturally relevant narratives in close partnership with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities Design and implement an end-to-end regional content engine—from intake and prioritization to creation, localization, and distribution Introduce AI and automation to improve content speed, scalability, and quality Develop reusable templates, toolkits, and workflows to standardize content production across markets Identify gaps and inefficiencies, and proactively build solutions to scale output Produce high-quality content across formats (blogs, case studies, landing pages, email, social, and long-form assets) Develop event content including presentations, speaker materials, and post-event recaps Adapt global content for local markets—ensuring cultural relevance, accuracy, and strong positioning Use SEO insights and AI tools to drive effective, locally relevant content Partner with demand generation to bring content to life across campaigns and channels Own the regional content calendar aligned to product launches, campaigns, and key events Support event marketing with pre-, during-, and post-event content Collaborate with social teams to deliver platform-appropriate content Develop localized sales materials (decks, one-pagers, battle cards, FAQs) in partnership with product marketing Build and maintain an organized, accessible content library Create scalable frameworks to improve speed and consistency of sales content Track content performance and identify opportunities for improvement Continuously refine workflows to increase efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and scale output

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise 3+ years in content marketing, journalism, or related fields (B2B tech, fintech, or payments preferred; 5+ years for JP role) Native-level Japanese (JP) with business English (EMEA languages a plus) Strong writing and editing skills with high attention to quality and brand voice Analytical mindset—able to turn data and trends into insights Solid project management skills across multiple stakeholders Collaborative and cross-functional working style Experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs) to scale content while maintaining quality and editorial standards.
