About the Role
The Content Project Manager will work in a lively and busy content production team, you will help develop solutions for multiple online and blended learning projects from start to finish including catalogue and bespoke work.
Confidently working with clients across a range of content types, subject areas and authoring tools, you will lead kick-off project planning and customer communications on content projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Location: UK Remote
What you will be doing
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Work within the content ‘pods’ to coordinate projects with Producers, Learning Designers and Developers.
- Manage multiple projects from kick off through to delivery being the main point of contact for the client.
- Day to day management of projects using delivery processes to ensure consistent high quality, timely delivery and correct use of budget.
- Creating and adapting project plans.
- Recording project status to inform customers and colleagues about progress.
- Set up and participate in customer kick off meetings and content workshops.
- Recognising risk to the agreed delivery to the customer, raising any concerns to minimise impact.
- Ensure that customer concerns are addressed and escalated where appropriate.
- Advise clients on the impact of project decisions (with support from experts within the 'pod').
Who we are looking for
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A proven track record: You will have previous experience of successfully managing customer facing projects from inception to completion.
- Service Orientation: Everything you do will be underpinned by delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring our customers can demonstrate the value of working with Learning Pool so you will have experience of managing a diverse range of customers and delivering excellent service.
- Solution focused: You will be a problem solver, using your creativity to find solutions and build trust and confidence with customers.
- Learning experience interest: You will have a keen interest and enthusiasm for learning content/experiences, learning technology and media trends.
- Organisational skills: You will ensure that you keep tasks on track and take ownership for ensuring Learning Pool commitments are met, with exemplary record keeping.
- Communication: You will have the confidence, knowledge and skill to facilitate broad-ranging conversations with customers and colleagues.
- Delivering with others: You will display professionalism and confidence in engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptability: You will be positive, calm under pressure, comfortable in navigating change in a fast-moving environment and resilient when facing challenges, asking "What can we do to make this happen?" rather than "I don't know how this would work?"
