About the Role
The Zenvora Talks Show is looking for a motivated Content Research and Writing Intern to support our podcast team. This role focuses on researching podcast guests, crafting engaging content, and helping transform each episode into strong, authentic and audience-friendly material.
This is a non-remunerated internship designed for someone seeking hands-on experience in podcast content research, writing, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Research podcast guests before each episode
- Compose guest bios, talking points, and content ideas
- Transform guest narratives and discussions into engaging written content
- Generate captions, episode descriptions, hooks, and promotional copy for social media
- Collaborate with the team to ensure podcast content remains clear, engaging, and authentic
- Assist with content planning and idea development for future episodes and extracts
- Align with the show’s editorial tone and audience demands

Skills and Requirements
- Strong passion for content writing, research, and podcast culture
- Proficiency in written English, with an ability to produce clear, compelling material
- Attention to detail, alongside a curiosity for people’s stories and experiences
- Similarity in understanding the target audience and simplifying information into engaging narratives
- A creative mindset and enthusiasm for continual learning
- Prior experience in podcast content creation, blogging, or social media writing is advantageous
