About The Role
This is a pivotal leadership position. You’ll take full ownership of all content and SEO strategy and execution for SaaStorm and our B2B SaaS clients, shaping how we drive sign-ups, MQLs, SQLs, and lasting brand value through organic channels.
You’ll actively manage and deliver impactful content and SEO work yourself for the first 6 months. As you prove success, you’ll begin hiring and mentoring your own team – becoming the leader of our Content & SEO team.
Location: Remote, but you must be based in the UK or EU.
Type: Full-time, senior role
Salary: €42,000–€60,000 per year
What You’ll Do
Project Management
- Coordinate with clients and the internal team using tools like ClickUp and Slack.
- Attend weekly and monthly client calls, providing progress updates and gathering insights.
- Provide regular client updates via Slack, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Content Production
- Create detailed content briefs for writers, ensuring clarity on goals, tone, and SEO optimization.
- Oversee the entire content production process, from ideation to final delivery.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all content aligns with business objectives, brand voice, and audience needs.
- Continuously optimise the production workflow to improve efficiency and output quality.

Experimentation & Innovation
- Explore and implement new AI tools (AirOps, Byword, JasperAI, SurferSEO, etc) to enhance content workflows and efficiency.
- Support SaaStorm’s internal marketing efforts by initiating and executing new content marketing ideas.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in B2B content marketing and SEO, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Proficiency with Semrush, Google Search Console, SurferSEO, and other content and SEO tools.
- Ability to juggle multiple clients and projects without missing deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients, internal teams, and partners.
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools like ClickUp.
- Experience creating SEO-optimized content loved by Google and LLMs, written for people.
- A desire to grow into a leadership role and build a content & SEO team.
