Are you a sharp storyteller with a track record of turning LinkedIn into a real growth engine for B2B brands?
We're looking for a Content & Social Marketing Manager, for a leading mobile telecoms company, to take ownership of organic social strategy and build a high-impact, always-on content engine that drives awareness, credibility, and demand.
This is a brand-new role with real scope to shape how they show up in the market.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and evolve the LinkedIn and organic social strategy
- Build and run a consistent, high-performing publishing engine
- Craft compelling, scroll-stopping content with strong narratives and clear CTAs
- Support executive visibility (CEO & SLT) with impactful thought leadership content
- Align social with brand, campaigns, and corporate storytelling
- Track performance and continuously optimise for real business impact

What we’re looking for:
- Proven success growing LinkedIn (organically) into a meaningful B2B channel
- Experience ensuring that the TOV across all social and content (LinkedIn, YouTube etc) looks and sounds the same
- A bias for action: testing, learning, and iterating quickly
- Exceptional copywriting skills — able to simplify complex ideas into engaging content
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn formats, algorithms, and community-building
- Experience shaping content for both brands and senior stakeholders
