Content & Social Media Executive
Manchester | Full Time
Join FairPlay Brands and help create standout content across a growing portfolio of consumer brands.
We're looking for a creative, organised and confident Content & Social Media Executive to take our content to the next level. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating engaging content, spots trends early, and is happy both behind and in front of the camera.
You'll play a key role in bringing our brands to life across social media, creating content that connects with audiences, builds communities and supports brand growth. You'll work across a range of brands within the FairPlay Brands portfolio, including Peach:Fit, giving you the opportunity to shape the voice and social presence of multiple growing businesses.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social platforms.
- Planning, filming and editing Reels, TikToks, Stories and other short form content.
- Confidently featuring in content where needed.
- Brainstorming fresh content ideas and reacting quickly to trends and viral moments.
- Planning and maintaining a content calendar.
- Scheduling and publishing content across all social channels.
- Writing engaging captions tailored to each platform.
- Sourcing influencers and content creators who align with our brands.
- Building and managing strong relationships with influencers, creators and brand partners.
- Networking both online and in person to build connections and identify collaboration opportunities.
- Helping organise influencer gifting, collaborations and campaign activity.
- Monitoring social media trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
- Engaging with our community by responding to comments and messages.
- Working closely with the wider team on product launches, campaigns and promotions.
- Supporting photoshoots and content days.
- Monitoring performance and using insights to continually improve content and engagement.

What we're looking for:
- Creative, proactive and full of ideas.
- A genuine interest in social media, content creation and fashion.
- Confident speaking on camera and comfortable appearing in content.
- Experience creating engaging content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong filming and editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and networking.
- A good understanding of influencer marketing and social media trends.
- A positive attitude and someone who enjoys working as part of a fast paced team.

- Experience within fashion, retail or ecommerce.
- Existing relationships with influencers or content creators.
- Photography or videography skills.
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
