About Us

Morson applies, supplies and connects technical skills across aerospace, defence, energy, professional services, infrastructure and technology to solve productivity problems for the world's change makers. Morson’s four global strategic business units – Morson Praxis, Morson Edge, Morson Vital, and Morson Nexus – provide silo-free access to consultancy, talent and training. Our rare line of sight across organisations, project lifecycles, industries and global markets means we offer solutions others simply can’t.

Purpose of the role

As Content & Social Media Executive, you will play an important role in bringing the Morson Group brand to life through engaging content, social media and digital storytelling. You will help shape the Group’s content presence, owning organic social channels and supporting the creation of social assets, video and podcast content. Working across the wider business, you will turn industry insight and thought leadership into valuable, engaging content that can be shared across our business units and help grow our visibility and reputation.

Where it sits

This role sits within the central Brand, Content & PR team and reports into the Content & Brand Lead. You will work closely with the Creative Studio, marketing colleagues and embedded business unit teams to plan, create and deliver content across channels. This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to bring ideas to life, experiment with different formats and help build a consistent and recognisable Morson Group voice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
