Seymours Estate Agents has been part of Surrey’s evolving property market since 1992, building a strong reputation for premium, yet personal, property marketing services. As a “property partner for life,” the company focuses on long-term relationships with clients and communities. Seymours operates 20 offices across the region, covering Residential Sales, Lettings & Management, and Prestige Homes. A dedicated Land & New Homes department further supports clients with specialist services, offering interns exposure to a broad range of property-related marketing activities.
Role Description
This Content & Social Media Placement role is based in Surrey, with the flexibility to complete some tasks from home and out at our office locations. The intern will support daily social media activities, including planning, creating, and scheduling content across platforms, and assisting in monitoring engagement and responding to comments in line with brand guidelines. - Collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns
- Conducting basic research on audience trends
- Helping to optimise posts for reach and performance
- Reporting on key metrics
- Maintaining content calendars
- Contributing ideas to enhance Seymours’ online presence and promote property listings and services

Qualifications
- Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Skills in Digital Marketing and broader Marketing principles
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication
- Interest in property, real estate, or related sectors is beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage time effectively in a hybrid environment
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and basic analytics tools is an advantage
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree or course in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred
