Content & Social Media Lead - Design Studio (Personal Brand + Studio Crossover)

We're a luxury interior and concept design studio working across hospitality, aviation, and yacht/marine sectors, looking for a Content & Social Media Lead to take full ownership of our social presence.

This role covers two connected accounts - the studio's brand presence and the founder's personal brand - which work together as one content ecosystem rather than two separate strategies. You'll need to understand how to weave founder-led, personal content with studio/project-led content so they reinforce each other rather than compete.

What you'll own

  • Full content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Staying on top of platform/algorithm changes and current content trends - genuinely, not theoretically
  • Competitor and industry trend tracking, proactively bringing ideas forward
  • Producing and editing content from existing material (renders, project photography, behind-the-scenes footage)
  • Scheduling and posting across platforms
  • Reporting on performance and adjusting strategy based on results

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
