Content & Social Media Manager
Cozmo · London (Hybrid)
About Cozmo
Cozmo is a fast-growing D2C furniture brand on a mission to make great design more accessible. We work with some of the world's leading designers to create furniture that combines beautiful design, real comfort and clever functionality. Every product has a story: the designer behind it, the thinking, the materials and the way it is made.
We are a small, design-obsessed team where every touchpoint matters, from the showroom to a single reel. If you care deeply about how things look and feel, you'll fit in here.
The role
This is the person who owns Cozmo's content and our social media. You are the content manager and the social media manager in one. You run Instagram and TikTok end to end, decide the story we tell, and create it.
We are not looking for someone to post nice interiors. We want an ideas person who turns what is happening in the business, a launch, a season, a designer collaboration, into content people want to watch and share, and who grows a real audience doing it.
You won't work alone. You'll be part of a small marketing team alongside our designer and junior marketer, owning the creative briefs, storytelling and overall content direction, while collaborating with photographers and videographers whenever a project requires it.
What you'll own
Social media & growth
- Own Instagram and TikTok end to end: strategy, publishing, community and growth
- Build Cozmo's personality on social and reach new audiences organically
- Grow audience and engagement month on month
- Know when to use trends and formats, and when to ignore them
- Help develop our Pinterest presence as we continue to build the channel
Content & ideas
- Own the content calendar and the story we tell each month, tied to launches, seasons and events
- Build repeatable content series that people come back for, alongside campaigns tied to launches, seasons and events
- Make people understand why Cozmo is different: the design, the comfort and the way it is made
- Tell the stories behind our products, designers, materials and manufacturing in a way that feels entertaining rather than promotional

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Creating content
- Be comfortable creating content on your phone, quickly and often (professional photography or videography skills are a bonus, not a must)
- Own the brief and the storytelling for every piece. Our designer handles design and editing; you shape the creative direction and story
- Be comfortable being behind, and occasionally in front of, the camera when it helps tell the story
- Run regular shoots in the studio and beyond, directing photographers and videographers when needed
- Find stories everywhere: in the showroom, customer homes, product development, design events and behind the scenes
- Create content that performs organically and can also support paid campaigns
Creators & brand moments
- Direct creator and influencer collaborations: briefs, deliverables and creative fit (day-to-day coordination is handled by the team)
- Bring customer content into the brand
- Own the social and content angle around our brand moments and design events
Words & tone
- Own Cozmo's tone of voice across captions, scripts and copy
- Keep everything consistent, on-brand and free of anything that sounds off or inauthentic
Reporting
- Own reporting: build and run the monthly report on what worked, what didn't and why
- Turn performance data into clear recommendations, creative experiments and priorities for the following month
Who you'll work with
You'll work alongside our graphic designer, who handles design and editing, and a junior marketer who supports scheduling, community management and creator coordination. You'll also work closely with the founders and our external creative partners.

We move quickly, test ideas often and give direct feedback. You'll be someone who enjoys that pace and sees it as an opportunity to keep improving.
AI-first
AI is part of how we work every day. You should be comfortable using AI across ideation, research, scripting, reporting and production to move faster without sacrificing originality or quality. You know where AI adds value, and where human judgement matters most. This is an AI-first role.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of proven social media management experience, ideally for a design, lifestyle or premium brand
- A creative storyteller. You're naturally curious, bring ideas unprompted and know how to turn everyday moments into stories people want to watch and share
- Strong on Instagram and TikTok: their trends, formats and what makes people stop scrolling
- Comfortable developing a Pinterest strategy over time (we're still building this out)
- Able to create content on your phone; photography or videography skills are a bonus, not a must
- Confident briefing and directing photographers and videographers
- Excellent writing and a sharp eye for tone. You catch anything off-brand or awkward
- AI-first: fluent using AI as a creative and operational tool, with the judgement to keep everything on-brand. This is a requirement, not a nice-to-have
- Organised, able to own a calendar and juggle several projects without dropping quality
- Comfortable leading creative direction and briefing a small team
- A genuine eye for interiors, design and lifestyle
Location
You need to be London-based (or nearby) and able to work at least three days a week from our Shoreditch showroom.
