Content Specialist II, Digital Studios
Content Specialist (Digital, Gen-AI, Virtual Production & CX Experiments)
We're looking for a proficient Content Specialist who can work in Digital (2D Image, Video and 3D), Gen-AI content generation, virtual production, and new hybrid customer experience (CX) experiments. This role will focus on creating exciting and innovative experiences using various 3D and Gen-AI technologies for e-commerce. The Content Specialist is responsible for training team members in new production techniques and ensuring those methods are scalable and compatible with all existing platforms.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Building solutions
- Collaborating with technical program managers
- Bridging hybrid workflows between Physical and Digital Studios
- Working with R&D leads to build new tools and workflows
- Consistently raising quality standards and enhancing the customer experience
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Gen-AI content generation initiatives and virtual production projects
- Lead hybrid CX experiments and innovative e-commerce solutions
- Provide front-line support for Internal & External Stakeholders to troubleshoot technical challenges
- Optimize content creation for both quality and scalability
- Work with artists and the team to identify areas for automation and efficiency
- Spot opportunities for workflow innovation
- Advocate for content types optimized for sustainability and scalability
- Collaborate with Art leads to establish and educate on technical best practices
- Document development processes and update them as needed
- Conduct ongoing research to recommend workflow improvements

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite applications, with high proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Photoshop
- InDesign
- Acrobat (using macOS)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in:
- 2D Image/Video Editing
- Gen-AI content creation
- Virtual production
- Related fields

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce, search, social, and other major application types, including UX patterns
- Experience in a photo-realistic production environment
