Company Description
noticed. is the UK's #1 LinkedIn agency and one of the fastest-growing marketing agencies in the North of England. We're proud to partner with organisations like the NHS, Ocean Beach, Jane App, and more.
Position Summary
We're looking for a Content Strategist to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will be hungry for growth, both personally and professionally. Someone who isn't afraid to get out of their comfort zone, can adapt quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you'll write LinkedIn content on behalf of senior executives across our client portfolio: think founders, CEOs, and industry leaders. You'll be the voice behind their voice, shaping their thinking into posts that build authority, spark conversation, and get them noticed. It's equal parts strategist and writer. You'll map out where a client's content should go over the coming months, then produce the words that get them there.
Crucially, you'll do all of this with AI as your engine room. We're not looking for someone who dabbles with ChatGPT now and then. We want someone who genuinely understands how to wield tools like Claude to research faster, pressure-test angles, build content strategies, and draft at pace, all while keeping each client's voice intact. If you can get inside someone's head, capture how they actually talk, and use AI to turn a half-formed idea into a post people stop scrolling for, this is for you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Key Responsibilities
- Write LinkedIn content for a portfolio of high-level executive clients, nailing each one's individual tone of voice.
- Build and own content strategies for your clients, mapping out themes, narratives, and content pillars that ladder up to their commercial goals.
- Use AI tools like Claude as a core part of your daily workflow: to research topics deeply, curate angles, structure strategies, and accelerate drafting, without ever letting the output go generic.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of your clients' industries so their content is always relevant, timely, and 10 steps ahead.
- Track how content performs and feed those learnings back into the strategy.
- Bring your own thoughts and ideas on how we can sharpen our content offering, including new ways to use AI to do it better.
What We Are Looking For
- A genuinely strong writer, someone who can shift register between a NHS leader and a nightclub founder without blinking.
- Real fluency with AI tools, especially Claude. You know how to prompt properly, how to push a model past its first lazy answer, and how to spot when output is generic and needs a human. This is non-negotiable for the role.
- An instinct for voice. You can read a few of someone's messages and already hear how they'd write a post.
- A strategic head. You don't just write posts, you understand why a client is posting and what it's meant to achieve, and you can use AI to build that thinking out into a proper strategy.
- Strong organisation and the ability to juggle content for multiple clients at once.
- Curiosity across a broad range of industries. You enjoy learning a new sector quickly.
- Someone who is self-motivated with a big work ethic and a desire to learn.
