Content Strategist | Executive Communications | Internal Communications | Creative Agency | CONSULTING

London / Leeds | Hybrid (2–3 days in the office)

Are you a strategic storyteller who loves turning complex business challenges into engaging content that inspires people to think and act differently?

We're recruiting for a Content Strategist to join an award-winning creative consultancy that helps organisations navigate transformation, leadership change, growth, culture change and AI disruption.

This is an opportunity to shape communications that reach thousands of employees, influence senior leaders and help organisations deliver meaningful business change.

What you'll be working on

You'll partner with a diverse portfolio of clients and senior stakeholders to create compelling content across:

  • Internal communications & employee engagement
  • Executive & C-suite communications
  • Leadership messaging & thought leadership
  • Change communications & transformation programmes
  • Corporate events, keynote speeches & presentations
  • Messaging frameworks & communication strategies
  • Creative campaigns & storytelling
  • Editorial content, film, digital and live experiences

Agency or consultancy experience (preferred)

  • Are confident working directly with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Can shape compelling narratives that influence behaviour and drive engagement.
  • Have exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
  • Think strategically while remaining hands-on with content creation.
  • Like exploring multiple creative and strategic routes before landing on the strongest solution.
  • Have a genuine interest in AI, business, culture and emerging communication trends.
