We are looking for a Content Strategist - maternity leave cover until end of January 2027.

What You Will Do

The Content Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies based on our client’s business objectives and their consumers’ needs. They will provide strategic oversight across the organization and manage and oversee content development and distribution across various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email, video, print, PR, etc. This person will report to the Director of Content Strategy and will be a critical partner to other key members of the content and creative team(s).

Overseeing and developing content requirements across all projects and generating content strategy deliverables Producing consistent, high-quality, and impactful content

Position Accountabilities

Perform content, usability and social media audits of client and competitive digital assets for the development of a content strategy Provide a comprehensive view and recommendations on how to better create efficiencies via the demand generation channels of search, social, display and email. Providing constructive feedback to content contributors and actively manage client social media accounts Analyze analytics to improve content strategies for blogs, websites, or email campaigns Undertake persona development exercises and customer journey mapping In collaboration with our Marketing Science team, set up and provide performance reports to clients and agency teams on the performance of content programs in market Support the new business and account teams in pitches and presentations for content strategy mandates An idea person who will lead content creation initiatives, taking industry trends and client needs into account while fostering a content-first mindset

What You Bring

3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience Clear understanding of the social media and digital content landscape with a proven track record of helping clients achieve business objectives via content Keen ability to mine through data and extract relevant insights using analytics tools e.g. Google, Omniture. Certification preferred An understanding of the SEO (search engine optimization) environment, particularly as it relates to content and social media Self-motivated; comfortable working autonomously in a high-pressure environment and collaborating with specialists across multiple teams and offices Solid presentation skills; ability to assemble and present top-notch PowerPoint decks and to present them with confidence to c-level executives Additional language (French, German, Spanish) is highly advantageous
