Role Description

The Content Strategist role at Lemonet is a full-time, remote position focused on designing and executing content strategies that build off-page authority and drive organic visibility. In this role, you will:

  • Plan and manage content initiatives across digital channels
  • Align content themes with SEO and AI search objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to support campaign goals

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Conducting audience and keyword research
  • Defining content calendars
  • Briefing and guiding writers
  • Reviewing content for quality and strategic alignment
  • Optimizing existing assets for performance

You will also:

  • Monitor content metrics
  • Report on outcomes
  • Continuously refine the strategy based on data, industry trends, and client objectives

Qualifications

  • Strong Content Strategy and Content Development skills to plan, structure, and evolve authority-focused content programs.
  • Content Management skills to organize workflows, maintain content libraries, and ensure timely delivery across channels.
  • Web Content Writing and Writing skills to create clear, compelling, and search-optimized content when needed.
  • Experience with SEO fundamentals, off-page authority building, and familiarity with AI-driven search or AEO is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to interpret analytics, report on content performance, and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
  • Prior experience in a content, marketing, or digital strategy role; agency or B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
