Content Strategist & Designer
Term: 6 Months Start Date: June 15th, 2026 Reports to: Marketing Manager Location: Hybrid (2–3 days in office)
About the Role
A strategic role where creative, data-driven thinking meets hands-on execution to push content and advertising to new performance levels. We’re looking for a Content Strategist & Designer who can blend Audience Insight, A/B Testing, and High-Performance Visual Storytelling across paid and organic channels.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Work closely with the brand team to define audience personas, brand messaging, and platform-specific requirements that will inform all future content production pipelines.
High-Velocity Testing
- Transform a single creative brief into multi-format, hook and copy variations to test what truly resonates with your audience in rapid cycles.
Ads & Digital Commerce Asset Production
Social Media Ads (Core Focus)
- Ideate, design, and edit high-performance static, carousel, and video ads (Reels, Stories, Feed) for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and paid search platforms.
- Repurpose & optimise existing content to improve performance, longevity, or transition from organic to paid.
- Manage paid and organic campaign si-iframe's to ensure a cohesive user experience.
eCommerce & CRM Assets
- Create high-converting product imagery, infographics, and upsell landing pages for channels like Shopify and Amazon.
- Build engaging email marketing assets and retention campaign visuals that translate product benefits and data into clear, compelling visuals.

Creative Optimization & Analytics-Driven Decisions
- Review performance data with the marketing team to identify winning elements (hooks, formats, visuals).
- Iterate rapidly based on insights, continuously testing new angles and improving engagement.
Graphic Design for Digital Marketing
- Develop assets like email headers, landing page graphics, banners, and promotional visuals to support campaigns and product launches.
Video Editing & Short-Form Content
- Edit short-form videos with:
- platform specific transitions and text overlays
- sound synced storytelling
- Optimised pacing, hooks, and visual hierarchy for maximum retainment and engagement.
Trend Sourcing & Brand Tone
- Stay ahead of TikTok & Instagram trends to ensure brand aesthetics feel authentic and machine-learned for viral potential.
Capture, Photography & Basic Filming
- Lead on product shots, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes visuals when needed.
Asset & Workflow Management
- Maintain organized file naming templates, brand bank assets, and collaboration-friendly workflows.
- Ensure proper versioning and cross-team access to all deliverables.
