The Team
Our Transaction Services Team (TST) is an award-winning, market-leading legal services team, offering efficient, technology-enabled support to clients. Since launching in 2010 as the first team of its kind in the UK, TST has grown into a diverse team of apprentices, paralegals, managers, and solicitors.

The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting disclosure and document review exercises
- Organising documentation for litigation, adjudications, mediations, and arbitrations
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and witness statements
- Liaising directly with clients, barristers, experts, and third parties
- Tracking dispute progress and providing client updates
- Assisting with legal research, reporting, and dispute management
- Attending client and internal meetings
- Supporting billing, fee monitoring, and client engagement processes

What We’re Looking For
