Location: WattsWindsor, London / Hybrid Options (UK-wide)

Our Transaction Services Team (TST) is an award-winning, market-leading team dedicated to providing efficient, technology-enabled legal support to clients. Key Responsibilities

Support the Transaction Services team by contributing to:

  • Disclosure and document review exercises in complex disputes
  • Tailoring and organising documentation for litigation, adjudications, mediations, and arbitration procedures
  • Drafting legal correspondence, witness statements, and time-critical documentation in line with firm standards
  • Acting as the point of contact between clients, barristers, experts, and third parties, ensuring seamless communication
  • Tracking and reporting disputes, providing client updates on progress
  • Ensuring efficient billing controls, fee monitoring, and compliance with client requirements
  • Assisting with legal research and upholding high standards of dispute management
  • Attending meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to contribute insights

This role is ideally suited to a candidate with an intellectual curiosity and a desire to develop in both technical and interpersonal skills.

Relevant Experience (Helpful but Not Essential)

While previous experience as a Real Estate paralegal is advantageous, freshers, undergraduates, or degree apprentices with related skills are actively encouraged to apply.
