**The Role: Transaction Services Assistant (Union County Partnership) – Paralegal Trainee

Key Responsibilities
Support the Transaction Services team by contributing to:
- Disclosure and document review exercises in complex disputes
- Tailoring and organising documentation for litigation, adjudications, mediations, and arbitration procedures
- Drafting legal correspondence, witness statements, and time-critical documentation in line with firm standards
- Acting as the point of contact between clients, barristers, experts, and third parties, ensuring seamless communication
- Tracking and reporting disputes, providing client updates on progress
- Ensuring efficient billing controls, fee monitoring, and compliance with client requirements
- Assisting with legal research and upholding high standards of dispute management
- Attending meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to contribute insights
This role is ideally suited to a candidate with an intellectual curiosity and a desire to develop in both technical and interpersonal skills.

Relevant Experience (Helpful but Not Essential)
While previous experience as a Real Estate paralegal is advantageous, freshers, undergraduates, or degree apprentices with related skills are actively encouraged to apply.
