I'm working with a leading disputes team that is looking to appoint a Contentious Probate Solicitor on a part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognised practice specialising in trusts and estates disputes, where you'll work exclusively on high-quality, complex contentious probate matters. The caseload includes inheritance claims, will disputes, trust litigation and executor disputes, giving you the chance to work alongside some of the most respected specialists in the field.
