An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contentious Probate Partner to join a highly regarded, national law firm with a long-established reputation for excellence.
The Role
This role involves:

Advising on a broad range of high-value and complex contentious probate matters, including:
- Disputes involving wills
- Trusts and estates
- Inheritance claims
- Executorship
- Estate administration

Driving strategic growth of the practice through:
- Business development
- Networking
- Cultivating new referral relationships

Managing a varied caseload, while providing leadership, supervision, and mentoring to junior lawyers, helping to build a high-performing team.

Skills Required
The ideal candidate will have:

Technical expertise in:
- Contentious probate, trusts, and estate disputes
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-value litigation

Strong USP for aspiring Partners/Junior Partners/Heads of Department:
- Experience leading, supervising, and mentoring legal teams
- Excellent business development skills, including:
- An established network of professional contacts and referrers
- ACTAPS and STEP membership (desirable)

A collaborative mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
