The Role

You’ll work within an experienced Litigation team, handling a broad range of complex, high-value Contentious Probate disputes on behalf of a diverse client base.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing your own caseload, from initial instructions through to resolution
  • Providing clear, practical advice on sensitive and complex private client litigation matters
  • Conducting legal research, assessing cases early on, and drafting pleadings, court documentation, and preparatory materials
  • Leading matters through hearings, conferences, and mediations
  • Ensuring strict compliance with court deadlines

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years of litigation experience
  • A strong background in Contentious Probate matters
  • A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach
  • The ability to advise clients on sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism
