About The Role
A Contentious Trust & Probate Solicitor is required by a specialist disputes team in Oxfordshire, offering a full-time, hybrid remote arrangement. The role involves handling complex, high-value inheritance and trust litigation, including challenges to will validity, Inheritance Act claims, and disputes involving executors or trustees. Working alongside experienced Partners, you will manage cases with international dimensions and Court of Protection matters. The position is suited to a solicitor with 0–3 years PQE, seeking strong mentoring and career development.

You will work alongside leading specialists on a broad range of high-value and complex contentious probate matters, including:
- Inheritance disputes
- Trust litigation
- Challenges to the validity of wills
- Claims under the Inheritance Act
- Disputes involving executors and trustees
- Court of Protection matters
- Cases with international elements

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with up to 3 years' PQE and experience in contentious trusts and probate matters. You will have:
- Strong technical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine interest in developing a career within this specialist field
The successful candidate will be commercially aware, organised, and committed to delivering exceptional client service, with the ability to manage matters effectively while working collaboratively within a supportive team. A proactive approach to professional development and business development activities will also be highly valued.
