Contingent Workforce Program Lead – London, UK

Join a global leader in healthcare as our Contingent Workforce Program Lead in London! This high-impact, strategic role offers a unique opportunity to shape and scale our contingent workforce initiatives across Europe and EMEA. You will partner with senior stakeholders across HR, Procurement, Legal, and Business Units to drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and expand our workforce solutions into new markets. If you are passionate about transforming workforce strategies within a complex, multinational environment, this is your chance to lead change on a global stage.

What You’ll Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Over 7 years’ experience in procurement, workforce solutions, staffing, MSP operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven expertise supporting or managing MSP/contingent labor programs, particularly within European/EMEA labor markets.
  • Demonstrated success leading transformative initiatives in complex enterprise settings.
  • Deep knowledge of worker classification, co-employment compliance, and labor regulations across Europe.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with experience partnering across HR, Legal, Procurement, and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline.
  • 7+ years’ comprehensive experience in workforce program management, procurement, or HR functions.
  • Prior experience leading or transforming contingent workforce strategies in multinational corporations.

Location & Requirements

  • Location: London (hybrid, typically 2 days/week in the office).
  • Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week).
  • Immediate start preferred; flexibility on start date.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and manage ambiguity effectively.
  • Relevant certifications or legal compliance knowledge preferred.
