About the Role
CEVA Logistics has secured a major contract with a high-profile client, presenting an exciting phase of growth in our e-commerce and contract logistics offerings. You will support the implementation and coordination of Continuous Improvement activities across the site.
This is a Monday to Friday role.
Responsibilities
As a Continuous Improvement Administrator, reporting to the Planning Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Maintaining Continuous Improvement trackers (e.g., SCA, Kaizen, GEMBA) to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records
- Coordinating Continuous Improvement meetings and governance forums, ensuring audit-ready documentation
- Producing dashboards, reports, and performance updates for site leadership
- Tracking SCA activity while monitoring performance against targets and highlighting risks or gaps
- Supporting GEMBA and Kaizen activities—capturing actions, outputs, and follow-ups
- Ensuring Continuous Improvement actions are logged, tracked, and closed out effectively
- Maintaining data integrity across systems and supporting basic analysis and reporting
- Guaranteeing documentation adheres to governance standards and audit requirements
- Providing administrative support for Continuous Improvement workshops, training, and engagement sessions
- Acting as a coordination point between Planning, Operations, and Continuous Improvement teams
- Communicating Continuous Improvement updates and supporting stakeholder engagement

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, ideally gained in a fast-paced operational, logistics, or warehouse environment
- Experience maintaining accurate trackers, reports, and data with meticulous attention to detail
- Confidence using Excel for data handling, reporting, and decision-making support
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with operational teams

Essential qualifications include:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience supporting Continuous Improvement activities or structured processes (a plus)
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles (would be advantageous)
This role is developmental, offering opportunities to build expertise in Business Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement.
Desirable:
- Experience with CI tools, audits, or governance frameworks
