CI & Process Co-ordinator – Woodlands Home and Garden Group
Woodlands Home and Garden Group is a growing UK manufacturing and distribution business, best known for our Tiger Sheds branded garden buildings and home improvement products. We design, manufacture, and deliver high-quality timber buildings to customers across the UK, combining practical craftsmanship with scale and innovation. About the Role
The CI & Process Co-ordinator supports the delivery of continuous improvement and process stability initiatives across the business. This is a hands-on, practical role, spending significant time within the business and working with teams to:

- Implement improvements
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support training and problem-solving activity
Contract: 40 hours per week (start & finish times to agree) Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)

- Experience working within a manufacturing environment (essential)
- The ability to work comfortably in a fast-changing environment
- The right attitude and energy
