Continuous Improvement Engineer

£55000 - £60000 + bonus and benefits

We’re working with a global engineering and manufacturing business seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence across its UK site in Bristol.

This is a hands-on role focused on embedding Lean and Six Sigma principles, delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. You’ll lead improvement initiatives across the business, training teams, coaching stakeholders, and implementing standardised processes. Working cross-functionally, you’ll facilitate problem-solving sessions, drive root cause analysis, and ensure continuous improvement becomes part of the wider culture.

  • Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum)
