We are seeking an experienced continuous improvement professional who has a strong background within the food manufacturing sector (bakery experience is highly advantageous).

The ideal candidate must possess a passion for data and analysis, alongside the ability to engage cross-functional teams towards a desired outcome. Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles and a proven track record of implementing structured problem-solving approaches are essential.
The role combines strategic CI planning, data-driven system interrogation, and hands-on site leadership, with a focus on driving operational excellence across areas of efficiency, quality, food safety, and health & safety.
- Manage the site's performance management systems
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement projects
- Work closely with Shift Units, First Line Managers, and the site Leadership team to deliver sustained results

This role acts as the custodian of all site performance tools—including OEE systems, SCADA, Power BI, and GB Connect—and will actively lead programs to educate and mentor associates in TPM and Six Sigma methodologies.
Based at their manufacturing site in South Yorkshire, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment for a driven manufacturing professional.
