The Successful Continuous Improvement Manager Will Have

  • Previous experience as a Continuous Improvement Manager, Lean Manager, Operational Excellence Manager or similar
  • Experience delivering Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives within manufacturing, fabrication or engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Lean principles, process improvement and operational excellence
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence teams across all levels
  • Commutable to the Carnwath area

The Role Of The Continuous Improvement Manager Will Include

  • Leading and implementing the company's continuous improvement strategy
  • Driving Lean Manufacturing initiatives across fabrication, engineering and construction operations
  • Identifying and eliminating waste, improving efficiency and increasing value throughout project delivery
  • Working closely with teams across design, fabrication, delivery and construction to improve communication and performance
  • Monitoring KPIs and embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business
