The Successful Continuous Improvement Manager Will Have
- Previous experience as a Continuous Improvement Manager, Lean Manager, Operational Excellence Manager or similar
- Experience delivering Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives within manufacturing, fabrication or engineering
- Strong knowledge of Lean principles, process improvement and operational excellence
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence teams across all levels
- Commutable to the Carnwath area
The Role Of The Continuous Improvement Manager Will Include
- Leading and implementing the company's continuous improvement strategy
- Driving Lean Manufacturing initiatives across fabrication, engineering and construction operations
- Identifying and eliminating waste, improving efficiency and increasing value throughout project delivery
- Working closely with teams across design, fabrication, delivery and construction to improve communication and performance
- Monitoring KPIs and embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business
