Pay Rate: £37,000

Grade: RCS. L

Contract Type: 12 Month Secondment (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Thursday, 07:30am until 16:00pm, Friday 07:30am to 12:30pm

Location: Gloucester

Right now, we're on the lookout for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team and make a real impact.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Play a key role in delivering projects and driving continuous improvement alongside our customers
  • Turn data into meaningful insights that enhance efficiency, quality, and decision-making
  • Gather, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to support KPIs and CI initiatives
  • Build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track trends and outcomes
  • Translate complex data into clear actions and recommendations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across DHL and our customers to define success measures and reporting needs

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Have proven experience as a Continuous Improvement Manager
  • Have strong Excel skills, with exposure to BI tools such as Power BI
  • Have knowledge of CI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar)
  • Have experience in project-based or operational improvement environments
