Continuous Improvement Manager – MrQ
About the Role
MrQ is a fast-growing, award-winning online casino that blends cutting-edge technology, high performance, and unrivalled fun. Since launching in 2018, we’ve seen explosive growth—meaning it’s time to bring in rock stars to help us take the tech world by storm.
We move at speed, and someone needs to own the messy middle—meaning turning good ideas into real, actionable change that lands in Ops and sticks.
As Continuous Improvement Manager, you’ll be the single accountable owner for change across Operations, focusing on intake, prioritisation, delivery, and proving impact—or refining learnings if results fall short. You’ll set the standard for how all of Ops plans, sequences, and delivers improvement.
This is a build-it role—one where you can shape an entire operation from the ground up, deciding how things are done your way.
What You Will Do
- Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean, Kaizen, and structured Operational Excellence (CI) to eliminate waste and boost performance. Conduct post-change effectiveness reviews to measure impact.
- End-to-End Change Ownership: Ensure payment is mirrored across Ops—not just implemented, but fully adopted as the new standard.
- Roadmap & Delivery: Streamline change intake, prioritisation, and sequencing, while overseeing the Ops project roadmap to keep momentum flowing.
- Governance: Maintain an Ops changes log, change calendar, and a clear RACI matrix for every initiative to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Change Management: Develop new processes and tools, including automated player communications that are accurate, compliant, and brand-aligned.
- AI Rollout: Lead programme governance for AI tooling rollout, tracking organisational change and optimisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
